COVID-19

In light of the Global Pandemic, shipping delays are expected to occur. Australia Post is experiencing delays due to Government restrictions and limited airline capacity. HOT WEATHER

Due to higher temperature in the warmer months, all orders containing adhesives will be sent out with signature on delivery by Australia Post. This is to prevent the adhesives from perishing by being left in the heat. The last day we will ship orders containing adhesives will be on a Friday, to prevent spoilage over the weekend, as Australia Post warehouse cannot guarantee a temperature-controlled environment.

TAXES & DUTIES FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

Our Postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined on the value of the order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose not to pick up your order. Please enquire with your local customs to determine if any taxes and duties will be payable.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, the orders can then be tracked on the Australia Post website.

MISSING PARCELS

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from Australia Post Investigation Team. While we will endeavour to rectify the issue ASAP, the timeframe given by Australia Post is uncontrollable.

HOW IT WORKS

Clean 11 has the highest concentration of all eyelash shampoos, five times more than any other. While most 100 ml lash washes make five foamers, Ruthie Belle’s Clean 11 makes 25 foamers due to the smaller quantity of water in the product. This minimal amount of water results in a higher concentration, which allows for a bigger yield, making Clean 11 the most cost-effective lash shampoo in the market.

Different from all other eyelash wash concentrate, that is either pH balanced OR alkaline, Clean 11 can be diluted in two different ways to make a foam that is both pH neutral AND alkaline. You won’t need to buy any other eyelash wash products.

HOW TO USE IT

PROFESSIONAL USE:

MIXING GUIDE
– Only to be used diluted
– Best to mix with gloves and use UV sanitised foamers
– Use the measuring cup provided
– Dilute with 0.9% saline solution (a mixture of NaCl in water) to open lash cuticles and help with retention
– Mixing ratio: 4 ml concentrate per 60 ml foamer — makes 25 bottles. 10 ml concentrate per 170 ml foamer — makes 10 bottles.

APPLICATION
– For best results use a cashmere brush to wash lash extensions and a cotton pad to cleanse the face
– Apply foam
– Remove all eye makeup, including waterproof mascara
– Rinse with saline after pre-treatment wash and with distilled water after post-treatment wash
– Clean and dry measuring cup after use

HOME USE:
