COVID-19
In light of the Global Pandemic, shipping delays are expected to occur. Australia Post is experiencing delays due to Government restrictions and limited airline capacity. While all orders will be shipped out by Express post whenever possible; please allow for extra delivery time as we all work together during these unprecedented times.
HOT WEATHER
Due to higher temperature in the warmer months, all orders containing adhesives will be sent out with signature on delivery by Australia Post. This is to prevent the adhesives from perishing by being left in the heat. The last day we will ship orders containing adhesives will be on a Friday, to prevent spoilage over the weekend, as Australia Post warehouse cannot guarantee a temperature-controlled environment.

TAXES & DUTIES FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
Our Postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined on the value of the order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose not to pick up your order. Please enquire with your local customs to determine if any taxes and duties will be payable.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, the orders can then be tracked on the Australia Post website.
MISSING PARCELS
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from Australia Post Investigation Team. While we will endeavour to rectify the issue ASAP, the timeframe given by Australia Post is uncontrollable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Should you need to correct your shipping information please email us ASAP via support@poshdeluxe.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake. Once an order has been processed no changes can be made. If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to the sender, postage costs are unable to be refunded. By placing your order you are committing to the sale and are declaring that all information entered, including the shipping information is correct.
Airinum Mask
The Urban Air Mask 2.0 is a reusable and adjustable air mask that protects against air pollution, smog, pollen, allergies, and bacteria. The Urban Air Mask 2.0 is tested at RISE R&D center in Sweden and is KN95 certified, similar to an industrial N95 or FFP2 mask.
* The mask includes two valve stoppers to deactivate the valve caps and create a two-way filtration if needed.
The filter is tested in a world-class Swedish laboratory (RISE) with results showing 98% filtering efficiency against particles down to 0.3μm in size. The filter is tested and certified for standards that are similar to the American N95 (Test: GB2626 & Certification: KN95).

How long can I use one filter?
In the package, you get 2 changeable filters. Each filter’s lifetime depends on many factors such as the pollution in your surroundings. 1 filter last for about 100 hours. For example: If you are lashing 5 hours per business day, 1 filter is good for 20 days.
Can I wash the Mask Skin?
Yes, you can wash the mask skin by hand with soap or in the laundry machine under hand-wash mode and hang dry. Please make sure to not tumble dry the mask skin and to detach the filter and the valves before washing. Do not store it in a bag unless fully dried.
Can I return the mask?
Our mask is a hygiene product and can only be returned if unopened in the original packaging. To get the right size, please follow the size guide below.

The eye-chin distance measurement is a very accurate method for getting the correct mask size.
Instructions:
1. Use a ruler and measure the vertical distance between your lower eyelid and your chin
2. It can be helpful to do this in front of a mirror or with the help of a friend. It’s also helpful to use a book.
3. Compare your measurement to the table below to find your recommended size.
