WHAT IS IT?
Make your own foamy eye make-up remover with this foaming pump bottle.
It is also good for our Clean 11 Concentration or other Lash Shampoo Concentration that can be mixed with distilled water.
If you want to use this with clean 11, this is how it works:
Dilute Clean 11 concentrate with distilled water for home use and with NaCl for professional use (opens cuticles). Use the measuring cup provided, clean & dry after using. Best to mix with gloves and use UV sanitized foamers.
NB! All bottles have been disinfected with UV light.
Mixing ratio for CLEAN 11:
4ml concentrate per 60ml foamer.
