In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price').
Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Shop Pay, Paypal, Stripe, Afterpay or Zip Pay (the 'Payment Gateway Provider')
Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Posh Deluxe Pty Ltd as Trustee for Posh Deluxe Trust (‘Posh Deluxe’), you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Posh Deluxe may record your purchase details for future use.
Posh Deluxe, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened, remains in a saleable condition, and excludes all clearance items. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. You must contact our customer service team first at email@example.com for authorisation.
Posh Deluxe's Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (the 'Warranty').
You may make a claim under this clause (the ' Warranty Claim') for material defects and workmanship in the Products within 14 Days from the date of purchase (the ' Warranty Period').
In order to make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide proof of purchase to Posh Deluxe showing the date of purchase of the Products, provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by sending written notice to Posh Deluxe at PO Box 1028, Willagee Central, Western Australia, 6156 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where the Warranty Claim is accepted then Posh Deluxe will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective Products or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent during the Warranty Period at no charge to you for parts or labour. You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely liable for any postage or shipping costs incurred in facilitating the Warranty Claim.
The Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by Posh Deluxe and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under a law in relation to the Products to which this warranty relates.
All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited to the Warranty Period.
The Warranty does not apply to any appearance of the supplied Products nor to the additional excluded items set forth below nor to any supplied Products where the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.
Lash Adhesive: All of our lash adhesives are stored in cool, air sealed, dry storage containers. We take no responsibility for glues going off, as a result of incorrect use, storage or heat. During warmer months “Signature on delivery may be included” on all adhesive orders.
You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Posh Deluxe integrate delivery (the ' Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the ' Delivery Service Providers').
In providing the Purchase Services, Posh Deluxe may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Posh Deluxe is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
You will use the Purchase Services only for purposes that are permitted by:
contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
contact us by sending an email to email@example.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.

During hot weather all orders containing adhesives will be shipped by express post with signature on delivery. This is to ensure that the parcel is not left in the sun causing the adhesive to expire.

TAXES & DUTIES FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
Our Postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined on the value of the order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose not to pick up your order. Please enquire with your local customs to determine if any taxes and duties will be payable.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, the orders can then be tracked on the Australia Post website.
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from Australia Post Investigation Team. While we will endeavour to rectify the issue ASAP, the timeframe given by Australia Post is uncontrollable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Should you need to correct your shipping information please email us ASAP via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to correct the mistake. Once an order has been processed no changes can be made. If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to the sender, postage costs are unable to be refunded. By placing your order you are committing to the sale and are declaring that all information entered, including the shipping information is correct.
