WHAT IS IT?

Glue Control is an eyelash adhesive stopper

WHAT DOES IT DO?
Glue Control prevents your lash adhesive from travelling up and closing your lash fans. It works with all eyelash adhesives.

HOW TO USE?
Apply it with a brush 1mm from the bottom of the lash line (while lashes are still on the glue strip) and work as you normally would.

When the room temperature is up to 22 degrees, re-apply twice a day.
When the room temperature is more than 22 degrees, re-apply when you see that fans no longer stay open.

During hot weather all orders containing adhesives will be shipped by express post with signature on delivery. This is to ensure that the parcel is not left in the sun causing the adhesive to expire.

TAXES & DUTIES FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

Our Postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined on the value of the order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose not to pick up your order. Please enquire with your local customs to determine if any taxes and duties will be payable.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, the orders can then be tracked on the Australia Post website.

MISSING PARCELS

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from Australia Post Investigation Team. While we will endeavour to rectify the issue ASAP, the timeframe given by Australia Post is uncontrollable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Should you need to correct your shipping information please email us ASAP via support@poshdeluxe.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake. Once an order has been processed no changes can be made. If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to the sender, postage costs are unable to be refunded.
