Step 1: Cleanse and Prep the Natural Lashes
Begin by cleansing your client’s lashes with an oil-free lash shampoo or cleanser. Removing traces of makeup, oil, and debris is key for ensuring a strong adhesive bond and maximizing lash retention.
Step 2: Secure the Bottom Lashes
Place Posh Deluxe Eye Pads under the eyes to comfortably shield the lower lashes. For any that move out of place, use lash tape to gently keep them secured and maintain a tidy lash line.
Step 3: Prime the Lashes for Retention
Apply Wrap Perfecto to clean the natural lashes and balance their pH level. This step enhances glue performance and helps your set last longer. Allow lashes to air dry fully before continuing.
Step 4: Set Up Your Promade Fans
Arrange your 0.07 4D C-Curl Narrow Promade Fan strips on a Silicone Lash Pad depending on your preferred workflow:
– Horizontally for easy, side-by-side access, or
– Vertically for a clean, space-saving setup.
To boost bonding performance, apply Glue Control approximately 1mm above the fan base to avoid adhesive wicking. Then, add Adhesive Booster directly to the base of the fans to accelerate dry time and improve overall adhesion.
Step 5: Isolate and Apply with Precision
Using isolation tweezers, separate a single natural lash. With your volume tweezers, pick up a narrow 4D fan, dip the fine base into your adhesive, and apply it 0.3–0.5 mm away from the eyelid, without touching the skin. These heat-bonded fans are lightweight and perfect for crafting clean, uniform lash lines.
Step 6: Build a Neat, Defined Volume Set
Continue applying fans along the lash line, making sure spacing is even and bonding is clean. The C-Curl adds a natural lift, while the narrow fan formation creates a dark, dense, and ultra-polished effect your clients will adore.
Step 7: Inspect and Seal the Final Set
Use a lash mirror to inspect your work from every angle. Check for stickies, gaps, or off-angle placements. After 2–3 minutes, apply Superbonder Shield to cure the adhesive fully and lock in superior retention. This final step adds flexibility to the bond and helps lashes last longer.
