The Noemi Hybrid Brow & Lash Dye Gel features an advanced 2-in-1 formula that not only delivers rich, long-lasting colour but also helps condition and care for brow and lash hairs during tinting. It’s infused with hydrating and strengthening ingredients — such as hydrolyzed corn, soy, and wheat proteins, lemon peel oil, and niacinamide (Vitamin B3) — that help support hair health and improve the overall tinting result. This unique blend helps make application smoother while enhancing pigment absorption for a vibrant, even stain and softer-feeling hairs after treatment.

How to Use

1. Prep the Brows/Lashes
   Ensure the brow or lash area is clean and free of oils or makeup before beginning.
2. Mix Your Colour
   On a mixing palette, combine your chosen Noemi Hybrid Gel Dye shade with an equal amount of developer (gel or cream) until well blended.
3. Map the Area
   Use brow mapping paste or string to outline the desired shape of the brows for accurate and symmetrical application.
4. Apply the Dye
   Using a tint brush, apply a thin, even layer of dye — coating both the hairs and the surrounding skin where you want the stain to show. Start from the tail of the brow and work forward for best coverage.
5. Build Intensity
   For a more intense or long-lasting colour, add 2–3 additional thin layers of dye over the first application.
6. Optional Ombre Effect
   To create an ombré look, remove or fade the dye at the front of the brow every 60–90 seconds during processing.
7. Process Time
   Let the dye develop for 5–15 minutes depending on the desired depth of colour — shorter for a softer look, longer for bolder results.
8. Remove
   Once the tint has processed, gently wipe away the dye with a damp cotton pad.
9. Finish
   If the brows were waxed, use a neutraliser to reduce redness and enhance definition; if not, a concealer palette can be used to highlight around the brow area.
